The Classic Cup - Ateneo La Salle Alumni Golf Classic was held at Forest Hills Golf & Country Club last September 18.

More than 200 alumni from Ateneo and La Salle participated in the event with the aim to enjoy and of course, win the elusive hole-in-one prize sponsored by Frederique Constant Geneve.

The odds of scoring a hole-in-one seems improbable and yet, Mr. Martin Ilagan, an alumnus from Ateneo, managed to beat those odds and aced the hole with a TaylorMade 7 iron. This feat earned him a Frederique Constant watch and Php 120,000 cash.

The lucky hole-in-one winner received a Manufacture Slimline Moonphase, one of the brand’s signature collections. This sophisticated timepiece has beautifully engraved dials with delicate guilloche decorations, sleek and elegant cases, and a black alligator leather strap that will surely attract admiring glances.

Chances of taking home this watch was incredibly slim but Mr. Ilagan proved otherwise, as he whacked the ball to a distance of 185 yards on hole no. 4 of the Palmer course. Precision and accuracy define great golfers, it is also the foundation by which Frederique Constant timepieces was founded on. Congratulations once again to Mr. Martin Ilagan! You were truly on point for this tournament.
